We spent our Christmas in Sapporo and the hotel was nicely decorated with beautiful Christmas lights and ornaments. The staff was friendly and offered complementary cookies and hot cocoa upon arrival. The location was great, it was just a short walk from the shopping district and public transportation. We also enjoyed the stunning views from our room.
The room was small and cramped with a strong smell of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room.
The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was also small, with outdated fixtures.

Staff is great, breakfast is fantastic. Twin room had central heating, an individual safe and ironing facilities, everything worked for us. Also, free Wi Fi was provided.

This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience. the room advantages are remarkable, with beautiful decor and high, end amenities. the restaurant menu is diverse and of excellent quality, with special diet menus available. We enjoyed the in, room breakfast and the bar/lounge area, perfect for relaxation. the service is impeccable and the staff is kind and attentive. the location advantages are remarkable for ski enthusiasts, with ski, in/ski, out and free ski and boot valets.
The open, air bath could use some updating, as it seemed a bit outdated.
However, this minor issue did not detract from our overall experience.

The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel provided us with a comfortable standard twin room. We were grateful for the attentive and friendly restaurant staff. It was great to have bathtubs in the room. Additionally, the convenience of onsite parking for our car was a bonus.

Good We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Our room was spacious and luxurious, with exclusive amenities and modern facilities that met all our needs. We enjoyed the Spa and wellness centre, where we received massages and indulged in relaxation treatments. the Garden area was a beautiful oasis, offering moments of peace and tranquility. We were delighted with the in-room breakfast, as well as the delicious food and drinks at the Restaurant and Bar/ Lounge area. the service was attentive and professional, making us feel truly pampered.
Cons the only minor issue we had was with the location, which was not as convenient as we had hoped.
Although the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the airport and there were several shops and restaurants within walking distance, we would have preferred a more central location.
